Non-refundable deposit?

Q         Why is the deposit non-refundable?
A         To guarantee the constituent parts of your tour we need to make payments to our suppliers, hotels, transport providers and golf courses. Once we make this financial commitment to our suppliers we do not look to get the monies refunded should you subsequently cancel. Your deposit is used to pay these services.

Supplement for Credit Card?

Q         Why do we take a supplement for taking a credit card?
A         Our commitment is to provide all clients with the best possible value vacation at all times. To do that we pass on the savings we receive from our suppliers and this is reflected in our total package price. If you pay by credit card we are charged a commission from the credit card company. So rather than load this cost into the price we give you the option to pay by bank transfer direct to our account to save you money.

Sample Itinerary

Q         Why do you call it a sample itinerary?
A         A sample itinerary is designed to show what can be done within a given timeframe at the same time assisting you in planning a package which best suits your individual requirements. Seasonal conditions, local school holidays, national/domestic holidays, daylight saving and internationally recognised days of celebration such as Easter can all influence the final make-up of your personal package.

The sample itinerary is the starting point in establishing the itinerary that fits your requirements exactly. Once you approve the itinerary we require your deposit.

Credit Cards

Q         Which Credit Cards are accepted in each country?
A         Most commonly accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JBC.

Tax Extras

Q         Are all taxes included in tour costings?
A         Yes costings are inclusive of all tax and services charges.

Accommodation recommendations

Q         Why do you recommend certain hotels/lodges etc?
A         All accommodation used on our tours are regularly inspected by us to ensure they continue to offer and maintain the highest possible standards.

We take particular note of all comments made on the post-tour review forms we ask all our clients to complete.

Sight-seeing options

Q         Can you tell us the places of interest to visit?
A         Your pre-arrival pack will contain a list of all the local places of interest to visit that fit within your itinerary. Your accommodation will be a valuable source of information as well.

Meet & Greet

Q         Will we be met on arrival?
A         Yes. A VSL representative will be easily identifiable in the arrivals lounge.

Cancellation policy

Q         What if I cancel my trip?
A         For this reason we strongly recommend you take out fully comprehensive
travel insurance. It is important you are fully conversant with our terms and conditions, taking particular note of our normal cancellation terms.
